Shipping Instructions

After placing an order (excluding the day of ordering), items will be shipped within approximately 3 business days, excluding holidays.

Delivery hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.

During peak periods such as holidays or due to uncontrollable factors like natural disasters, shipment may be delayed.

For Home Delivery: Actual delivery times will depend on the route scheduled by the delivery driver.

For Convenience Store Pickup: Please be aware of arrival notifications and pick up your order within 7 days. Failure to do so without a valid reason may result in the customer bearing the cost of shipping loss.
